Q: Do you prorate move-outs?
A: No, we do not prorate move-outs. Rent for the entire month is due on the 1st, regardless of how long you will occupy the space.
Q: Where can I rent a moving truck?
A: The closest moving truck rental dealers are located at:

Q: What do I do if I've lost my keys?
A: If they are certain to be lost, contact a manager to schedule having your lock drilled out at least 48 hours in advance. Locks cannot be drilled out on demand. A $50 fee will be charged for this process.
Q: When is a manager on site?
A: Typically, Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm - Always a great idea to call ahead and check that a manager will be available to greet you and answer any questions, particularly around lunch time.
Q: What if my unit is overlocked and I make a payment over the weekend?
A: If a late balance is paid during weekend hours, the overlock will not be removed until the next business day.
Q: Can I leave my vehicle parked on site overnight?
Q: Can I transfer ownership of my unit to somebody else?
A: Yes, with a new lease with the new tenant. Contact a manager for further details.
Q: Does the manager have access to my unit?
A: No, we do not have a master key. The keys you are issued are the only keys that open your unit.
Q: Am I guaranteed the rental rate price that I move in at?
A: You are eligible for a rate increase after 6 months. However, rate increases are very minimal.
Q: Is Ten Oaks Storage better than the competition?
A: We certainly think so because of conveniences to our tenants such as 24 access to online leasing and payments; onsite manager; and onsite maintenance personnel!
